Insurance Plans We Accept
EverHaven Integrated Services is currently accepting the following insurance plans
EverHaven participates with applicable Carelon Behavioral Health networks. Some health plans, including certain Anthem plans, use Carelon to administer behavioral health benefits.
Insurance coverage and network participation are verified prior to the start of services. Authorization requirements and eligibility vary by plan.
Private Pay Options
We also offer competitive private pay rates and flexible payment options for families whose insurance is not yet in-network.
