EverHaven Founder

Meet Our Founder

EverHaven Integrated Services was founded by Kristine Chi, M.Ed., a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with over a decade of experience serving children and families across home, school, clinic, and community settings.

Throughout her career, she has held both clinical and leadership roles, most recently serving as a Clinical Director where she oversaw quality of care, supervised and mentored clinicians, and led program development. This well-rounded experience allows her to approach services not only from a clinical lens, but also with a strong emphasis on ethical practice, consistency, and meaningful outcomes for families.

In addition to her clinical expertise, she is a Certified CPI Instructor, with extensive experience in crisis prevention, de-escalation, and safety-focused care. She prioritizes proactive, compassionate strategies that support both the individual and those around them.

Her Approach to ABA

Her approach to ABA is rooted in being:

Person-centered

honoring each child's unique strengths, needs, and voice

Trauma-informed

recognizing the impact of lived experiences and prioritizing emotional safety

Family-focused

partnering closely with caregivers to ensure skills generalize beyond sessions

"She believes that effective therapy goes beyond skill acquisition—it's about building trust, fostering independence, and supporting the whole child within the context of their family and community."

Why EverHaven Was Created

EverHaven was created with intention: to provide thoughtful, high-quality care that meets families where they are and supports them every step of the way.
