- Custody paperwork (only if applicable)
Timeline Expectations
- Intake: 1–2 business days to respond and schedule next steps
- Insurance verification: typically 2–5 business days
- Assessment & treatment plan: typically 1–3 weeks (depends on availability)
- Authorization (if required): often 1–4+ weeks depending on insurer
- Services start: as soon as authorization + staffing are confirmed
